MANUFACTURER’S ARRA BUY AMERICAN CERTIFICATION

 
FLOLOC Products International certifies that all products manufactured and sold are produced entirely in the U.S. of predominantly U.S. sourced components and therefore complies with the Buy American Provisions of the American Reinvestment and Recovery Act (ARRA) of February 17, 2009.

All the equipment is machined, assembled and wired in San Clemente, CA. and if some of the electronic components by other manufacturers that are incorporated into the seismic system are of foreign origin, they are “substantially transformed” to become part of the final product.  Highly skilled tradespeople manufacture and assemble the seismic controller, valve actuator and/or power supply and electrical technicians test and certify the equipment.   All in conjunction work to produce a high quality, precise, and reliable working system.  It takes them approximately 12 to 14 weeks resulting in considerable labor expense.
